Our Chestnut wood countertops come protected with two layers of Mate-Extra varnish, ecologically based on natural resins and water resistant .

• Matte-Extra Varnish is a finish that protects and gives a Natural Wood Appearance without visually appreciating that Varnish has been applied.

• Finishes with eco-friendly and Semi-gloss paints are also available upon request.

We do not use chemical wood varnishes or stains in our products for several reasons:

• We do not like to use products that are harmful or potentially harmful to the environment, animals and people.

• Impact on wood quality: Some chemicals can affect the appearance or quality of wood, creating uneven stains or discolorations.
